Art Listener is a way of being in the world. It describes how I approach art, creativity, consciousness, and the inner wisdom of a human being.
As an Art Listener, I create space for silence and pause to listen. Listening, in this context, means above all a connection to your own authenticity and truth — a space where the mind can soften its need for control and where doing is no longer shaped by comparison.
Creation can become a pathway to inner peace, or a ground for self-expression. When your connection to yourself opens from a new place, art can surprise you. Sometimes a work emerges; at other times, a deep experience or an insight — something that may carry further than any single image.
This listening approach is present in all my courses and in my artistic work.
I guide painting in a gentle and safe way, without performance pressure or expectations of doing things “right.” The intention is to support each person in finding their own inner current and their natural way of expressing themselves.
Art Listener is not a technique or a method.
It is a perspective — a way of being present with art, and perhaps above all, with life and with being human.
I also work directly with individuals through one-on-one phone conversations, offering a space for listening and release.
For companies and larger groups, I offer painting-based experiences throughout the year that support inner calm and can be easily integrated into a meeting or workplace wellbeing day.
My Vedic Art courses and Listening Painting courses are small-scale and seasonal, held a few times a year. At their core are silence and inward listening, opening space for creativity, self-awareness, and inner freedom to grow.
