Paint Yourself into Inner Peace

In Listening Painting, painting becomes a way to free the mind, listen to yourself, and express who you are. You paint freely, meditatively, and intuitively. You slow down, listen inwardly, deepen your self-awareness, and allow your mind to relax while creativity unfolds in its own time.

The Listening Painting course also includes a selected number of personal Liberating Conversations, where you can process and release what the painting experience has brought to the surface.

Sometimes art emerges as a by-product of the process—sometimes it doesn’t.

The final artwork is never the most important thing. What matters is the experience, the creative process, and the connection with yourself.

Do I need previous experience?

No.

You do not need to be an artist or know how to paint or draw.

You may also be a professional artist and discover that, in this way of working, technical skills are not the primary focus. If you wish, you can later integrate your artistic skills with the creative process that unfolds during the course.

Course length

Listening Painting is offered as either:

a 3-day course (when available)
or a 6-day course (when available)

Who is this course for?

This course may be for you if you:

are interested in intuitive and meditative painting
long for space to listen to yourself
are already familiar with Vedic Art Courses and Vedic Art in general
have previously attended one of my painting courses or a Guided Discussion Weekend – an Inner Peace Retreat
have experienced Liberating Conversations by phone and already have some understanding of this way of working
want to create without pressure to perform

I recommend—but do not strictly require—that you have completed at least one Vedic Art Basic Course. It provides a good foundation for the atmosphere and approach we share during these courses.

Regardless of your previous experience, you will receive personal guidance. Your intuition is already within you.
