Paint your way toward inner peace
Welcome to a Listening Painting course or workshop in Western Uusimaa, in the Raasepori / Lohja region, Finland. Course dates will be announced during 2026. You can join my mailing list to be the first to hear about upcoming courses.
In Listening Painting, painting is used as a tool for inner listening and mental spaciousness. You paint freely, meditatively and intuitively, allowing yourself to slow down, deepen self-awareness and reconnect with your inner voice.
Sometimes art emerges as a by-product – sometimes it doesn’t.
The focus is not on the result, but on the process and inner experience.
The method is based on:
- painting
- silence
- and personally tailored guidance.
Do I need previous experience?
No.
You do not need to be an artist or know how to paint or draw.
You may also be a professional artist and discover that technical skills are not central here. If you wish, you can later integrate your technical abilities with the process you discover during the course.
Course Format
Listening Painting courses are offered as:
- 2-day courses
- 3-day courses
- or 6-day courses (when available)
Listening Painting courses are held alongside Vedic Art basic courses, and there are also seasonal workshops inspired by the time of year.

Who is this for?
This course is for you if you:
- are interested in intuitive and meditative painting
- wish to listen more deeply to yourself
- want a creative process without performance pressure.
Previous experience with Vedic Art is recommended but not required.
Personal guidance is provided regardless of your background.
Location
Courses take place in quiet private locations in the Raasepori / Lohja region.
The exact location is shared with participants.
At the moment, courses are offered as day courses without accommodation.
If several participants require accommodation, I will arrange a suitable nearby venue.
Schedule
Course days run from 10:00–16:00
(Arrival from 9:30)
Prices
- 2 days: 280 €
- 3 days: 380 €
- 6 days: 720 €
Materials
You may bring your own materials or purchase a materials package:
- Materials package: 10 € / course day
(Includes all necessary materials with acrylic paints except painting surfaces and notebooks)
A detailed materials list will be sent to registered participants.
