Listening Painting for Groups & Teams
Would you like to offer your team, association, friends or community a moment that heals, connects and inspires?
Listening Painting is a gentle 2.5-hour workshop where rest, creativity and silence intertwine.
The session begins with a guided meditation and an inspiring warm-up that helps you connect with your inner self and become fully present in the moment. After that, everyone paints their individual exercise in silence and at their own pace.
🎨 You’ll take home 4 cards you created during the workshop – and often also a deeper connection to yourself, fresh insights, and a lighter mind. No previous experience in painting or drawing is needed – the workshop is suitable for everyone.
Each session can be tailored to the season or to a theme arising from your group – such as restoration, connection, transition into a new life phase, or renewal.
